Embark on a journey into a world of sensations through aromatherapy, the diversity of water flows and states, chromotherapy, and other techniques that will bring you to emotional calm and balance between body and mind. This is also a space to enjoy:
- Finnish Sauna, where you can eliminate toxins, improve breathing, increase heart rate and vasodilation, and aid muscle recovery after exertion.
- Turkish Bath (Hammam), a space with a temperature of 43º–44ºC and 90% relative humidity, where you can sweat profusely, hydrate the skin, relax the body, and purify the entire organism.
- Contrast Showers, featuring five sensory experiences: chromotherapy, aromatherapy, natural rain cascade, sequential shower, and ultra-hydrating micro mist.
- Bubble Beds, promoting relaxation, rest, and inner balance.
- Outdoor Jacuzzi, therapeutic benches, cold plunge pool, and relaxation beds.
- Additionally, in the hydrotherapy circuit, enjoy lumbar jets, Rondó cascade, cervical jet, active channel, plantar wall jets, and wall jets.
